  • Great, but...

    Been using this app 4 times/week for several months and it is well worth it. BUT as others have said, it seems every time there is an update the app takes a step back in terms of reliability and it takes a couple of weeks to recover. As an example, I just did a one hour workout with seven exercises. The log shows it as seven separate one hour workouts lol. Like I just did an hour’s worth of bench presses, an hour’s worth of shoulder raises, etc. So until this is fixed I have to go in and manually enter everything. And yes, I did log out/reinstall, etc. with no change.
  • Doesn’t do anything unless you pay for a subscription

    Waste of time. Thought it’d be a nice way to track workouts in multiple ways, but you have to pay to use any functionality. Back to paper & pencil for me.
  • Amazing tool but need improvement

    Very nice tool if you want to spice up your ages old weightlift routine from college days. Little hard to navigate the tool. I set the setting to no equipment but workouts requiring weight plates keep appearing. No easy way to go back to the workouts I did in the past if you don’t save.

    This app gives me the confidence I need to know what I’m doing in the gym when my husband isn’t with me.. normally if he isn’t there I’m absolutely lost, I don’t know what I’m doing or if I’m doing it right or how many times I should be doing an exercise. (My hubs is a gym rat). So with him being gone a lot due to work, I can now stay in shape with this apps amazing and thorough help.

    In my opinion most work out apps lower you in a with cool adds but doesnt mention you have to pay once its downloaded and you sign up for it. The app hasent demand a plan nor any amount of money anywhere on it . I admire how this app has a setting where it lets you know the muscle u worked out. Also the fact that you could change the work out to what best fits you. I recommend it so far... no issues has been encountered yet
  • Need to alert better

    Really enjoy this app, but it be useful to add a timer that rings when the rest time is over. I hate having to look at my phone every single 15 seconds to check on my rest time. It be nice if it alerted you 5 seconds before your time is up so you can know when to start again. Also, don’t like the fact that the rest times can’t be edited once you start. You can reduce the time you have left, but I’d much rather allocate time beforehand

    Best workout app that I have ever experienced! It keeps me motivated because I want to finish every workout, it shows me how to do the workout, the form, there’s daily variety, and I’m not repeating day in and day out the same workouts.

  • Makes so much sense

    Changed how I approached the gym and always kept it interesting and different- so much power and strength gained it doesn’t make sense because I’ve “lifted weight” for years with no where near the results. Keeps track of everything and knows where your body should be and how to get stronger . Also the video and written out directions along with alternate lifts make it so easy . Best app on my phone by far
