Web Supervision: Let your kids explore the Web freely, with tools that help you block unsuitable websites while keeping you in the know about which sites they’re visiting. Time Supervision: Stay on top of how much time your kids spend on their devices. Search Supervision: See words, terms, and phrases your kids are searching for to gain insights into their interests and help protect them from inappropriate content. Parents and children can still contact each other while the device is in lock mode. I can’t access any apps except for the ones come with your phone when you buy it (excluding safari). Such as all Apple apps. I can’t FaceTime either, nor can I use the Norton app for web browsing, like I was instructed
  • Yeah I get it

I had gotten this app and my parents thought oh it would be a good idea but nope It literally deleted all my apps that were child friendly but they deleted procreate and other apps it’s so annoying

I got this app for my two daughters and son so I could monitor what they were doing on their phone. Now they can’t go on any apps I allow them to go on like YouTube, Pinterest, Roblox, and even TEXTING. They can’t text there friend without the app saying they can do it. When they go on Roblox it will kick them off and say they “Can’t play the service.” I don’t recommend getting this app if you let your kids use any of the experiences.

All other Norton apps I am fine with protecting your own personal info but this takes it way too far to the point where you cannot access a single app on the phone including a camera. Sometimes when the apps are supposed to come on they stall or just don’t come back. On my iPad they never came back on so we had to wipe the entire thing and sign into and create an entire new Apple ID account. Plz don’t do this to your child

The software overall glitches way too much, and it blocks my daughters things when it shouldn’t. Including her internet. This could just be a problem for our service, so I don’t want to pin anything, but yeah.

so my sister put this on my phone and made it to where i can’t use anything on my phone anymore so i can’t use none aid my apps and she won’t answer so if you guys don’t look in the system and get me off of your little app. I will be contacting a higher authorities and making sure that this will never happen to anyone else and also I did not legally so she can add me onto her thing and she didn’t tell me she would be doing this, so I really do not appreciate this and if you do not get me off of your app and get rid of it off my phone, I will be contacting hire authorities, and if you don’t get this app off my phone, I will like I said we’re contacting higher authority. Just if you could do some thing to her account it would make me a lab feel a lot better because I cannot use of my apps and I cannot use nothing and she would contact me and legally I did not give her permission to put the stuff on my phone. She’s also my sister so get this off my phone before something bad happens.
