    I love the variety of workouts, that I can filter by equipment and time. Takes out all the planning on my part! All I have to do is show up to the gym and boom 💥! Warmup, workout and cool down all ready!

    I love this app and workout program, so far. Like really love it. But my “email your coach” feature isn’t working. The send button is grayed out. Also the Spotify connection doesn’t work. I just run the two apps simultaneously. Not a big deal. But the email your coach option, I’d like to have that.

    Don’t waste your money on this app. Sent multiple messages/emails to resolve a subscription issue without a response. No contact number or live chat information was available either. This company is a joke!!

    I’ve used Keelo for 3 years and it has been an amazing app! There’s an abundance of wods to choose from and it tracks old scores, all lifting, and even tracks your fitness level based off times and wattage output. I love competing against my old scores/times and other Keelo family times as well. This app motivates to get up and get it daily!!!

    I’m a fan of this app and way the workouts flow. I don’t have to touch the screen too much, and there is a demonstrative video for each exercise. The interface is nice. However, my impression of the workouts themselves is that they are designed by smaller guys or by women. Some of the workouts are great because they’re cardio focused and scale well for larger men. But other workouts are clearly designed using like a 5 or 15 lb dumbbell, and they don’t scale up well. Flinging a 50 lb dumbbell over one’s head puts a ton of stress on the joints, ligaments and tendons in the arms and shoulders. You are likely get an injury doing this stuff with larger weights. I’ve also read that the app is no longer actively supported, which seems to be true. The Email the Coach feature yields no response. Plenty of room for improvement. But I don’t think I’m going to keep my subscription, given the lack of support.

    Used Keelo several years ago & came back recently. The new updates and upgrades are absolutely amazing! Having videos as you workout along with timers and re counting is superb. I am getting great physical results and thoroughly enjoy and recommend Keelo. Stay consistent and it will pay dividends

    I’ve been using Keelo for the last 2 years and I’m still loving it! Lots of variety and great workouts that create a whole body strength training workout routine. I’m in the best shape ever and I truly attribute it to this program.

    In the first week of using the app as a beginner with some experience. It’s not too hard and that’s good. Or I would get really sore and unable to keep up. For me right now, it’s what I have been looking for in a workout. My review may change as I progress and let this program train me.
